Practicing yoga during the pandemic

 During Quarantine I did a yoga training. As it was a course, I had to study and attend classes online, but I still consider it a leisure activity, since I enjoy it and I practice it every day. I learned new postures, asanas in yoga and pranayamas, which are exercises to control Prana, I love it. Before the Quarantine I practiced a few days a week, but with the confinement of this year I have come to practice it twice a day. Yoga has helped me a lot to survive in confinement, to lower my anxiety, since at times I felt very bad, a prisoner in my own house, if it were not for yoga, I would be very depressed, since this has been really hard Time for me, not being able to go out and spend most of the time in front of the screens has been terrible, so yoga helps me to calm the headaches and renew my energy. 


The most wonderful thing about this is that now I am other people's yoga instructor, I teach my sister, my aunt, my mother, a friend and my boyfriend, when I am with fewer university activities I want to do classes in the park to the people who live near my house.
